Emergencies and Crisis Support

4R is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis or emotional distress, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.

Do not use inquiries, the help chat, or any other part of the Service to report an emergency. Messages may not be read right away.

4R Is Not a Medical Provider

4R is a directory that helps people locate addiction treatment and mental health support. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or counseling, and nothing in the Service is medical advice. We do not recommend or endorse any particular facility, and match results are generated from the information you enter and the information facilities provide. Decisions about care should be made with qualified professionals.

Facility Information and Availability

Facility information, including services, contact details, and bed or program availability, is provided by facilities or compiled from publicly available sources. Some listings are marked as directory listings, which means the facility has not joined 4R and may not provide availability or accept inquiries through the Service.

Availability can change at any time and may not be current. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or up to date, and we do not guarantee that any facility is licensed, accredited, in network with your insurance, or suitable for your needs. Please confirm details, including availability, cost, and admission requirements, directly with the facility.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or send an inquiry. A parent, guardian, or professional may use the Service on behalf of a younger person.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Case manager accounts require approval and may be used only to refer clients as part of your work, with your client's permission. Do not enter medical records, Social Security numbers, or full dates of birth.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the 4R app, or by asking us, as described in our Privacy Policy at https://fourecovery.com/privacy#delete-account.

Using the Service

Browsing the directory is free for people seeking support. When you send an inquiry, it is delivered to the facility you chose, and any follow-up is between you and that facility. Four Recovery is not a party to any agreement you make with a facility.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or facility.
• Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content through inquiries, help messages, or listings.
• Collect or scrape information from the Service, including inquiry or contact information, for marketing or other unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the Service in violation of any law.

Additional Terms for Providers

If you create a provider account or list a facility, you also agree that:

• You are authorized to list and manage the facility.
• The information you submit, including services, contact details, and availability, is accurate, and you will keep it current.
• You will use inquiry information only to respond to the person who contacted you, and you will handle it in line with applicable law, including any privacy and health information laws that apply to your facility.
• Listings are subject to review. We may approve, decline, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• You grant Four Recovery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the facility information you submit in the Service and in materials that promote the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including the 4R name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Revive Recovery Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to facility websites, Instagram, maps, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Four Recovery, Revive Recovery Holdings LLC, and their owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, from information provided by facilities, or from care or services provided by any facility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

If you use the Service in violation of these Terms or the law, or if you are a provider and submit information that is inaccurate or that you are not authorized to submit, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Four Recovery and Revive Recovery Holdings LLC from resulting claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service, or remove content, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect users, facilities, or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy at https://fourecovery.com/privacy explains how we collect, use, and share information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
